Terms of Sale:

Cash or Valid Check.  Each animal will be sold to highest bidder.  The auctioneer will settle any dispute.  Cattle will not be released until settlement is made.  All buyers must take possession of their calves the night of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.

Announcements:

All announcements at the sale by owners or sale staff concerning the cattle will take precedence over statements in this catalog.

Liability:

All persons who attend this sale do so at their own risk.  The owners or management assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents which may occur.

Registration Certificates:

All animals sold as registered will be transferred to the buyer.  All transfer information must be given to the cashier at time of settlement.  Each buyer must give his/her proper name and address for the transfer.  No papers will be transferred until the animal is paid for in full.  Animals will not be released until this information is collected. 

Veterinarian and Health:

A veterinarian will be on site to issue health papers for any out-of-state movement of cattle.  All calves sold in this sale have been vaccinated and have had booster shots for pneumonia/ Bovine Respritory Disease.
